Luíza holds a postgraduate degree in business quality management, complemented by specialized courses in work standardization and leadership. A 35-year-old Brazilian, she is married and a devoted mother of two. From an early age, she developed a keen focus on cleaning and organizing the household. In 2016, she co-founded Family Cleaning with her mother, and the venture experienced remarkable growth, necessitating its division into two teams.
With a meticulous understanding of cleaning techniques and the appropriate use of chemicals, Luíza ensures that her clients receive a superior cleaning experience that instills a sense of satisfaction. Her firsthand experience as a busy working mother enables her to empathize with her clients' challenges in maintaining a well-kept home.
